Importance of Email Address on File

The MHCA Board strongly encourages each Mason Hill household to have a valid email address on file to:

1. Quickly share information on important safety and security issues such as crime, fire, emergency or weather updates.

2. Provide updates about important services such as trash and utilities.

3. Eliminate cost of materials and labor associated with providing paper communications.

4. Sending Monthly newsletter and event announcements.
Email addresses will not be shared, sold or distributed. E-mails to the community use the blind carbon copy field (bcc:) to respect privacy.
